Education:

The Economic Faculty from the Tatar Institute of Business and Assistance (TISBI, 1999)
The Faculty of Law at the Kazan State University (2003)
In 2003 he acquired a certificate as a Patent Attorney of the Russian Federation
In May 2007 he had training in the Netherlands in frameworks “Bilateral Netherlands-Russian President’s Programme”.

Work experience:

In 1994 he established the first enterprise, Open Company "Stroy – centre” 
He founded and had the authority over the company "Elbi" (1998)
Since 2001 he is the founder and the director of Artpatent agency

Teaching activity:

• Member of Tatar branch of UNESCO Faculty under the Intellectual Property;
• Teacher of Journalist and Sociology faculty, Kazan State University;
• Teacher of the program "Master of Business Administration" (MBA), Kazan State Financial and Economic University;
• The author and the leader of more than 40 personal scientific - practical seminars on questions of the Intellectual Property;
• The head of a column "Expert opinion" on questions of the Intellectual Property in "Kazan business magazine";
• Over 30 publications in various business editions.
